Quality Control Engineer
• Well Established Semiconductor Company
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 6pm)
• Basic $3200 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Location: Serangoon North
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Process Engineers and the Engineering team to define and meet QC requirements.
- Work alongside QA, Process, and Product teams to address and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Conduct in-process audits and Final Quality Control (FQC) audits with the Process team.
- Develop and document inspection criteria and quality plans to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to identify, address and prevent quality issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems and improve overall quality performance
- Maintaining detailed quality records and preparing comprehensive reports for management
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices in quality assurance
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the Electronics Product Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) management and control.
- Proficient in quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001) and FDA requirements.
- Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB Assembly and quality requirements for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
