Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the operations department, leading a team of 10-15 staff members.
- Ensure seamless daily operations for both air and sea.
- Address and resolve issues and challenges faced by the operations department.
- Uphold and maintain proper discipline within the operations team.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience
- Singaporean Only
