Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Documentation Executive to manage import shipments and ensure compliance with trade regulations. Responsibilities include preparing shipping and bank documents, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring vessel schedules, and ensuring timely clearance to avoid extra charges. The role involves tracking shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, resolving shipping delays, and optimizing cost-effective shipping solutions. Additionally, the candidate will handle administrative tasks, negotiate freight rates, and maintain accurate shipping records for compliance and audits while continuously improving documentation and shipping processes.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma, preferably in supply chain management and logistics.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in food service or supply chain.
management within the manufacturing industry.
3. Possess Tradenet Certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
