SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER (WEST MALAYSIA)

Job Description

• Responsible, execute, plan and coordinate the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation projects work in terms of safety requirements. Full time site based requirement.
• Organize and supervise all matters related to site safety for the contractor and subcontractor works
• Responsible and ensure all safety documentations, checklist and requirements to legal is maintained at site
• To supervise all project works in terms of safety compliances etc
• To conduct internal training at site
• To conduct daily Toolbox meeting (TBM) at site
• Reporting duty to Project Manager and HOD safety department
• Travelling for sites visit and monitoring is necessary.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must valid Green Book registration with DOSH (JKKP) for Safety and Health Officer (SHO)
• First Aid Certificate and NIOSH Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP) Certificate
• Scaffold competency (Basics level)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office and other safety courses
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Contract or permanent basis position available
• No incident/deaths case in any of the previous project in the last 2 years.
