Sales Admin Executive
About the role
As a Sales Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the eCommerce team and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's sales processes. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Resolve the AR aging in the system by providing payment supporting documents.
- Ensure the transactions of the provision account for eCommerce marketing campaign is correct and prepare monthly summary report
- Record and reconcile brand store credits including inflows and outflows
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping of all sales, marketing program related transactions and perform monthly reconciliation.
- Work closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth sales operations
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales administration or accounting role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel formula
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
