Executive Assistant (Management Trainee) to CEO

As we expand, we are seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant (Management Trainee) to work closely with our CEO, supporting daily operations while being groomed for future leadership opportunities.

 

Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious professional who will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO, assisting in strategic decision-making, business operations, and key hiring processes. Beyond typical executive support, the successful candidate will gain deep exposure to the business, working alongside the CEO on critical initiatives, high-level meetings, and international business engagements. This role offers a rare opportunity to be mentored for future leadership within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Business Support: Assist the CEO in overseeing business operations, understanding clinic management, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and key engagements.
  • Talent & Recruitment Support: Participate in hiring for critical leadership roles alongside the CEO.
  • Operational Oversight: Gain hands-on experience in clinic and business operations to support informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-through on key projects.
  • Travel & Event Coordination: Accompany the CEO for business trips, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Special Projects: Take on high-impact assignments that contribute to business expansion and operational excellence.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a strategic role (healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in learning operational and leadership functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and events.
