Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to all the Engineering Team.
Plan job given by priority.
Handle stationeries for the Engineering Team.
Assist the Engineering Team in all related duties given by respective engineer.
Handle filing system and key in data for the Engineering Team.
Compile the Engineering Team report and send to HOD by weekly.
Photocopy drawings and follow up on sub-con support on jigs, fixtures , tools .
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
SPM or equivalent in related field.
2-3 years experienced in Manufacturing Line.
Work independently
Knowledge in computer software
