• Review, classify and/or eliminate content uploaded by users, according to the parameters and policies defined by the client.
• Comply with the key performance indicators defined by the specific client operation and maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and ensure the appropriate handling of customer information, to guarantee information security.
• Comply with all instructions and procedures related and complementary to the role.
• Read and Write (Type) in both English & Mandarin 
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in PJ Kelana Jaya (KCP)
• *** Working Hour: 24/7 rotational basis

Hotel Project | Ampang Park G Tower | Regular Hours

• Providing overall hotel reservations and related support to customers via phone or email
• Handle pre & post reservation inquires and customer request by phone/email
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
• Make outbound calls to hotel/guests to arrange special request if required
• Act as liaison between guest & service provider to resolve complaints 
• Read and Write (Type) in both English & Mandarin, speak in Cantonese is preferred to support Hong Kong market
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in KLCC area - LRT 5 minutes walking distance
• *** Working Hour: 9am - 6pm / 9.30am - 6.30pm
