PROJECT ENGINEER
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction which covers.
- To review project specifications and technical clarifications
- To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA
- Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction
- Use of Autocad would be an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Since 27 May 2014, HPC Builders Pte Ltd has obtained the (i) A1 Grade under the CW01 Workhead for “General Building” to tender for and undertake contracts for general building works in the public sector of unlimited contract value; and (ii) L5 Grade under the CR06 workhead for ‘‘Interior Decoration and Finishing Works" to tender directly for projects related to interior design, planning and decoration of buildings in the public sector of contract value of up to S$13 million.
