Job DescriptionProvide support within an information technology or digital environment while gaining practical experience with systems, software, and technical support processes.
Duties may include- Assisting with technical support tasks
- Supporting IT teams with system maintenance activities
- Assisting with troubleshooting or documentation tasks
- Supporting software or digital platform operations
- Observing technology workflows and system processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer or IT knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Practical experience in technology environments
- Exposure to IT operations and support systems
- Skills development in technical problem solving
- Structured guidance through the GIP+ programme
