Senior Event Operations Manager
Positioning Act as company’s frontline representative for global offline presence and brand image, ensuring world-class execution of international events and premium client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global summits, exhibitions, roadshows, and VIP client events.
• Manage all event operations including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, production, and on-site execution.
• Build and maintain a strong network of top-tier global vendors and agencies across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
• Ensure events are delivered at the highest standards while achieving business objectives and ROI targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to align event strategies with brand and commercial goals.
• Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring smooth execution under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale event management, exhibitions, or event operations.
• Proven hands-on experience leading overseas events with 500+ attendees.
• Extensive overseas agency/vendor resources; portfolio or case studies will be required during interviews.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multicultural teams.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently for international events.
