We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented intern to join our Brand Communications team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution, while helping shape how customers experience our brand online across APAC. You’ll contribute to improving website content, optimizing SEO, and crafting compelling assets that resonate with our audiences. This is a great opportunity to build real-world skills, work with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on how our brand connects with our audience.

This is a full-time internship with a duration of 6 months.

Website Content & SEO

  1. Review and audit website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging and customer needs
  2. Implement SEO and GEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and performance
  3. Evaluate how Steelcase appears in generative AI search results
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to update website content with the latest product, service, and company information
  5. Make recommendations on website architecture and content structure to improve clarity, relevance, and customer engagement

Customer Experience Audit

  1. Conduct a review of the online customer experience when searching for Steelcase from Singapore, Australia, Japan, India, Hong Kong, China, and Korea
  2. Audit which Steelcase sites are presented in searches (e.g., B2B Steelcase.com and Steelcase.com/asia vs B2C sites)
  3. Assess whether the online experience aligns with the needs of A&D and enterprise clients and provide actionable recommendations

Campaign Support

  1. Assist in drafting and editing campaign copy across digital channels, with a customer-first lens
  2. Support campaign optimization efforts by tracking performance and suggesting improvements
  3. Help coordinate campaign rollouts and ensure timely delivery of assets
  4. Track performance metrics for web and campaign content, and prepare reports

Content Creation

  1. Support the development of content assets (e.g., blog posts, infographics, social media visuals) tailored to target audiences in APAC, aligned to business needs
  2. Assist in repurposing existing content for different formats and platforms
  3. Adapt content for regional audiences like China, Japan, Korea, ensuring cultural relevant and resonance

Ad-hoc Marketing Tasks

  1. Provide support on various marketing initiatives as needed, including research, competitor benchmarking, and internal communications
  2. Help maintain content calendars and ensure alignment across teams
