Customer Service Agent
About the role
In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with patience and empathy
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate and update customer databases
A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour with a genuine desire to help others
A team player who is willing to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment
