Quantity Surveyor [ Construction / M&E ]

Quantity Surveyor
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Paya Lebar
Basic Salary: $4000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets

• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate and timely cost reporting

• Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractor claims and progress payments in accordance with contract terms

• Track, assess, and manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims

• Carry out site measurements and valuations to support progress claims and cost control

• Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and subcontractor appointment

• Maintain proper contract administration, documentation, and records throughout the project lifecycle

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on commercial and contractual matters

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of cost control, BQ preparation, and contract terms

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD for measurement and reference

• Able to work independently with good communication skills
