Job Responsibilities:
Education Required:
- Study the current batching, mixing, placing, and curing processes for precast elements.
- Identify inefficiencies, delays, or quality issues in the concreting workflow.
- Assess equipment usage, placement techniques, and manpower allocation.
- Prepare detailed reports on current practices, highlighting challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Propose optimized casting sequences, plant layout adjustments, and process improvements.
- Recommend innovations in concrete mix design, curing methods, or material handling to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with mould and reinforcement teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Monitor trial implementations of proposed processes and evaluate outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during concreting operations.
- Provide guidance and training to operators and plant personnel on recommended practices.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in precast concrete operations, casting, or concrete technology.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, casting techniques, and curing methods.
- Experience in productivity analysis and process optimization is preferred.
