Job Responsibilities
Write and maintain programs and tools to collect, clean, combine, and organise numerical and text-based data used by social service organisations.
Create programs that automatically produce management and audit reports on a regular schedule.
Build interactive charts, graphs, infographics, and posters using code and web development tools.
Design, launch, and maintain dashboards and data applications, keeping all code organised and up to date.
Use statistical methods to analyse numerical and descriptive data from the social service sector.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language and associated ecosystem such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar tools for building data solutions.
Hands-on experience with data visualisation, dashboarding, and application tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with at least one quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R and/or similar tools.

THK Family Service Centres (FSCs) have played a pivotal role as essential community hubs, offering social services to families grappling with psycho-social challenges. Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities currently manages five FSCs strategically located in Jurong West, Bukit Panjang, Tanjong Pagar, MacPherson and Bedok North.
