Purchase Assistant
Job Description:
- Prepare quotation and make sure the quotation sent to customers on time.
- Perform day-to-day administration task including data entry, handling inquiries, answer phone call and follow up with customers.
- Handle and maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Attention to details.
- Good team player.
