What you'll be doing
Leadership & Supervision
- Oversees and guides facilities staff to ensure the delivery of exemplary service and that all routine services meet established performance standards, in alignment with organizational goals.
- Organizes team structure by defining roles and responsibilities and managing workflow for operational efficiency
Operational Management
- Plans and executes approved Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, as well as maintenance and repair requests
- Ensures efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints in all facilities-related activities
- Performs any other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and organizational objectives
Compliance & Standards
- Ensures strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Implements and monitors standard operating procedures to uphold quality and safety standards
Safety & Security
- Assists in managing security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
Educational Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities/Building/Estate Management or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

- Team player who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong supervisory qualities to effectively lead and support the team.
