Our esteemed client is looking for Customer Service Associate (Call Centre) – Healthcare
Job Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries from callers
Attend to calls in professional manner
Timely rectification of issues
Ensure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline
Log enquiries onto the system
Requirement:
Min O Level
2 - 3 years of call centre services experiences preferably
Able to adapt to fast pace environment.
Passionate in customer service
A positive team player with the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic.
