Strategic Finance Analyst (Real Estate/Asset-based)

Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Strategic Finance Analyst to be part of the established business in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Department and working in a team, you will be partnering with country and functional teams to drive the annual and quarterly planning process, ensuring financial targets and strategic priorities are aligned and pressure-tested. Deliver financial insights that drive action and decision-making. Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data accessibility, automate where possible, and conduct deep-dive investigations when the numbers do not reconcile or require further investigation. Lead or support cross-functional projects that improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Own the narrative and present financial performance, strategic recommendations, and risk or opportunity assessments to senior leadership on a regular cadence. Analyse performance trends and drivers of variance across markets, synthesizing complex data into a clear "so what" for senior leadership. Work with stakeholders to design and improve core operating rhythms (business reviews, financial reporting, strategic forecasting).

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accountancy/Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic/commercial finance, transaction advisory, management consulting and ideally within the real estate or asset-heavy industries. It will be necessary to have strong excel and modelling skills with the ability to build driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, budget models and performance tracking tools. We are looking for an analytical and independent analyst with a growth mindset and good communication skills.
