Talent Acquisition Coordinator (4-Months Contract, Paya Lebar & Commonwealth)
Job Summary
Join us for as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (4-Months Contract) where you’ll help power Certis’ Talent Acquisition (TA) operations and HR data analytics. If you’re hands‑on, highly organized, and excited to make a real impact on hiring and workforce initiatives, this role is made for you.
You’ll collaborate closely with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes, uncover insights through data, and support projects that elevate the hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the business.
What You’ll Do
1. Talent Acquisition Operations
Support full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer administration.
Assist with onboarding logistics to create a smooth, welcoming, and seamless new‑hire experience.
2. HR Operations Support
Provide support across general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Work with internal stakeholders to support manpower planning and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
3. HR & Talent Data Analytics
Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce data to enable reliable reporting.
Update and manage dashboards and performance reports such as hiring funnels, time‑to‑fill metrics, and attrition trends.
What We’re Looking For
Able to commit full‑time for 4 months
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across different teams.
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, coordination, or data‑related work is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
