What does a Post Producer do at WPP Production?
We are looking for an experienced post producer to join our production team and lead the delivery of high-quality content across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. You will be the operational backbone of our post-production process — managing timelines, vendors, and client expectations from offline edit through to final delivery. A deep understanding of FMCG or beauty brand environments is essential to hit the ground running.

Reporting Lines & Key Stakeholders
This role reports to the Head of Broadcast and works closely with the broader talent post production team, as well as client-side agency teams and brand stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end post-production schedules across multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate and allocate internal post-production resources across projects, ensuring the right people are assigned at the right time to meet delivery requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post phase, providing clear status updates and managing revision rounds.
  • Track and manage post-production budgets, raising purchase orders, reconciling costs, and flagging overages early.
  • Brief creative and technical teams on deliverable specs across formats — TVC, digital video, social cutdowns, OOH adaptations, and more.
  • Ensure all final assets pass technical QC, comply with broadcaster and platform specifications, and are delivered via the correct channels.
  • Coordinate feedback loops between agency creatives, clients, and post teams, keeping revisions structured and turnarounds tight.
  • Maintain clear records of version control, asset libraries, and delivery logs for every project.

Requirements

  • Experience — 5+ years in post production, ideally within an advertising agency or production company.
  • Client knowledge — Proven background working on FMCG or beauty brand campaigns, with an understanding of their pace, compliance needs, and creative sensibility.
  • Technical fluency — Comfortable with editorial workflows, colour pipelines, audio finishing, and digital delivery specs (YouTube, Meta, programmatic).
  • Budget ownership — Track record of managing post budgets from estimate to final reconciliation.
  • Communication — Confident, clear communicator who can manage stakeholders across creative, account, and client teams simultaneously.
  • Organisation — Exceptional project management instincts; you thrive when juggling multiple deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
