As a Financial Controller (SGX Listed Company), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead the Group’s financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SGX Catalist listing requirements, accounting standards, and corporate governance regulations.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, tax matters, and corporate disclosures, while liaising with auditors, sponsors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance practices to safeguard the Group’s operations and assets.
Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, working capital optimization, corporate financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial performance monitoring, and cost control initiatives to support business growth and profitability.
Lead financial systems enhancement, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Partner with senior management and the Board to provide strategic financial insights, support business expansion plans, restructuring initiatives, and potential M&A activities.
Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent certification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with SGX-listed company exposure.
