Production Operator/ Assistant (Milk Powder/Food Manufacturing/Tuas)
About the Company:
Our client is a leading MNC in the nutrition and FMCG industry, producing premium-quality products in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment (including dryer systems)
Perform routine quality checks on products and processes
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas
Support production targets and ensure yield requirements are met
Assist in troubleshooting and reporting any operational issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (quality, safety, efficiency)
Perform general production and manual tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment (FMCG, food, pharma, chemical or semiconductor industries preferred)
Basic understanding of GMP / hygiene standards is an advantage
Able to perform shift work (12-hour rotating day/night shift)
Basic computer knowledge and able to communicate in English
