The Woof Agency is a pet-focused marketing agency that works with pet, lifestyle, and consumer brands across social media, creator marketing, content strategy, and brand campaigns.

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Intern to join our team and support the management of multiple brand accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, understands what makes content work, and wants real exposure to agency life.

Job Description

You will support and manage day-to-day social media content across 3 brand accounts and the client's social media.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Planning weekly and monthly social media content calendars
2. Creating content ideas for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and static posts
3. Writing captions that match each brand’s tone of voice
4. Going on-site for content shoots when required
5. Capturing short-form video content, lifestyle content, product content, and behind-the-scenes moments
6. Editing simple short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
7. Supporting community management, including comments and messages where required
8. Tracking social media trends and suggesting how they can be adapted for different brands
9. Reviewing content performance and sharing ideas on what we should do more of
10. Working closely with the team to bring content ideas from concept to execution

• You will not only be assisting with admin tasks. You will be expected to take ownership, think creatively, manage timelines, and help bring content ideas to life.
