Supply Chain Officer (Entry Level | East | Up to $3500)

The Opportunity:

1. Permanent Role
2. 5 days work week M - F 8.30am to 5.30pm
3. Basic up to $3500 (Depending on experience) + AWS

Our client is a distributor of specialty chemicals serving industries such as plastics and manufacturing. With a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, the company partners with global suppliers to provide quality products and reliable supply chain solutions. They are currently looking for a Supply Chain Officer / Customer Service professional to support procurement, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service operations.

The Job:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, shipping, and distribution.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and supplier coordination.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and shipment tracking to ensure timely stock availability.
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment and serve as the main contact for order, delivery, and shipment matters.
• Handle import/export logistics and liaise with forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and customers.
• Prepare and review shipping, trade, customs, and L/C documentation.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma
• Open to candidates without experience
• Familiar with logistics and supply chain industry
