To comply with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and CPF Board exemptions for student allowances, this specific opening is strictly open only to:

• Current Full-Time Matriculated Students from local public institutions (e.g., SP, NP, NYP, TP, RP, NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SIT).

• Applicants must be looking to fulfill a short-term stint specifically during their official school vacation/semester break period.

(Note: Regular job-seekers, gap-year individuals, or international students requiring work passes will not be considered for this specific vacation role.)

Work Schedule & Rest Days

• Weekly Commitment: Fixed 5-day work week totaling 39 net working hours

• Rest Days: Fixed rest days every Sunday and Monday.

• Working Hours (Inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break):

  • Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday (Peak Day): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are completely moving away from traditional, passive "desk-bound clock-watchers." We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Intern—ideally currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration—who wants a hands-on, active vacation project.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Hustle)

• Front-of-House Ambassador: Act as the welcoming face of the centre. Greet clients, manage patient registrations, handle scheduling templates to minimize calendar gaps, process billings, and collect payments efficiently.

• Customer Care & Enquiries: Oversee incoming clinical inquiries through phone calls and our automated WhatsApp business platform, ensuring prompt and friendly patient follow-ups.

• Digital Content Creation: Serve as our on-site creator. Brainstorm, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and design digital posters using Canva and CapCut to showcase our facility and clinical expertise.

• Ad-Hoc Business Projects: Leverage generative AI tools to assist with copywriting, optimize our Google Business Profile, and help out with light operational tasks to support the clinic's growth.

Requirements

• Education: Must be a current student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field at a local government institution.

• Personality: Extroverted, confident, and highly organized. You must love interacting with people and have zero hesitation initiating conversations with clients.

• Creative Edge: Savvy with TikTok/Instagram trends, camera-friendly, and capable of fast mobile video editing.

• Languages: Highly fluent in English. Ability to speak a second language (such as Mandarin) is a major advantage to help communicate effectively with our diverse patient demographic.
