Supervisor – Fulfilment Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor – Fulfilment Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online order fulfilment team. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inventory is well managed, and service standards are consistently met while leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily online order fulfilment to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
Lead, guide, and motivate the fulfilment team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
Coordinate manpower deployment and prepare staff work schedules.
Ensure inventory is received, stored, and issued accurately in accordance with operational procedures.
Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate the handling of damaged or returned items.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to online orders professionally.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace safety, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Support continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Retail, logistics, warehouse, inventory, or fulfilment experience is an advantage.
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on individual with good organisational and leadership abilities.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry loads of up to 20kg.
Salary & Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary: From $3,100+++/month
Candidates with relevant supervisory experience in retail, supermarkets, e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfilment operations may be offered a higher starting salary based on their qualifications and experience.
