About the role

This is a Logistics Intern position within the Logistics Department, reporting to the Logistics Manager/Supervisor. The role involves supporting logistics platform enhancement, data analysis, documentation management, and cross-department collaboration to optimize trailer utilization and logistics operations across production centres.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the enhancement and implementation of additional features for the Logistics Platform System to integrate and optimize trailer utilization across all production centres

  • Validate end-to-end business processes to ensure system functionality, data accuracy and process completeness

  • Record and report testing results, highlighting defects, inconsistencies or areas for improvement

  • Work with IT project teams and relevant departments (Planning, Production, Sales, Project, etc.) to ensure issues are resolved and all functions are fully tested

  • Contribute to the reporting stage by developing dashboards and summary reports for management review

  • Design and generate weekly logistics reports for the department (highlight & lowlight)

  • Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive and aligned with management requirements

  • Organize and archive logistics-related documents to ensure completeness and traceability

  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of pictures, information and archiving in the system as provided by drivers

  • Assist in communication and coordination with departments such as Planning, Production, Sales and IT Project teams to ensure smooth logistics operations

About you

  • Current undergraduate student, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management or related fields

  • Good communication skills and team spirit

  • Able to speak Chinese and English to train drivers

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of using office software such as Microsoft Office

  • Able to commit to OT if required even on weekends
