Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive | Up till $2500 basic
Up till $2500 basic + monthly incentives + variable bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
Location: Commonwealth
Working hours: 5 days rostered work week (inclusive of 1 weekend), 8-10 hrs per day, arranged by manager.
Working Timing: Monday to Friday (2pm to 10pm), Saturday (12pm to 10pm), Sunday (11am to 7pm)

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
Create engaging short-form videos and product content.
Monitor social media trends and boost brand presence.
Manage WhatsApp communities and customer engagement.
Respond to customer enquiries and share product updates.
Drive sales through exclusive promotions and flash deals.
Support retail operations during peak periods and events.
Gather customer feedback to improve content.
Deliver a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.
Requirements:
Diploma in any fields
Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.
A "people person" who enjoys interacting with customers both behind a screen and face-to-face.
