Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take instructions from legal counsel
• Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties
• Assist to review contracts
• Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms
• Conduct due diligence on contracts
• Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents
• Compile a Group trademark register
• Legal research and drafting of research memos
• Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time.

Requirements: Legal Student pursuing legal degree or have past experience
