Mobile Business Sales Support Intern

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in order processing for the Mobile Business department, including supporting the system entry of sales contracts, order placements, resource-checks, etc., as well as operations such as the creation of new business, closings, and changes.

  • Help coordinate administrative matters related to business departments.

  • Provide support as the processing interface for the Mobile Business department, assisting in operations such as contract start dates and cancellations after service delivery. Help validate relevant documents for completeness and accuracy under guidance before notifying relevant personnel to process.

  • Cooperate and assist in business auditing matters.

  • Assist in supporting the order acceptance needs of companies from various countries within the region.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by the department.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

  • Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship from mid-August 2026.

  • A quick learner with a strong willingness to learn. Able to quickly understand the company’s main business and products, and learn various business acceptance processes and operating procedures.

  • Familiar with the MS Office suite of applications.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English. (Chinese is required as you will be communicating with teams in China for support).

  • Meticulous, strong dedication to work with a high level of responsibility, and possesses good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
