Job Description

Support the company’s digital marketing, social media, content creation and e-commerce activities across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Shopify. The role involves planning and producing digital content, supporting online campaigns, monitoring performance data and helping to improve the company’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms

Create monthly or weekly content calendars

Write captions, scripts and campaign messages

Film and edit short-form videos

Create simple graphics, product visuals and social media posts

Produce behind-the-scenes, educational and promotional content

Perform other digital marketing and e-commerce duties assigned by the supervisor
