🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
✨ Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
Manage online campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product catalogues, and promotional strategies.
Analyse customer online shopping behaviour and provide insights to improve engagement.
Work closely with creative teams and e-commerce vendors to ensure branding consistency.
Prepare marketing copy for online and promotional materials.
Manage online marketplaces and enhance customers' online shopping experience.
Handle platform chatbots and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Manage monthly sales reports, inventory, and purchase planning.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
✅ Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business.
Experience operating e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Candidates from the consumer electronics or similar industry will have an advantage.
