Internship - IT Business Analyst (B2B)
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- AI & Innovation: Explore and apply AI tools in actual use cases, specifically developing Generative AI solutions leveraging B2B partner information.
- Application Development & Maintenance: Improve, develop, and maintain in-house applications designed to support and streamline B2B activities.
- B2B Operations & Industry Knowledge: Gain hands-on experience in daily B2B operations, the full B2B implementation lifecycle, cloud integration, and emerging trends within the B2B industry.
- Technical Integration Knowledge/Skills: Learn and utilize enterprise application integration (EAI) tools specific to Infineon's technology ecosystem.
- B2B Integration Lifecycle: Learn the full B2B integration lifecycle from requirement gathering, design/creation of specifications to data mapping and testing.
- Hands-on Operations: Gain hands-on experience in supporting B2B daily operations and be exposed to different process areas in the hi-tech industry (Source, Make, Delivery).
- Enterprise Tools Familiarity: Become familiar with an enterprise application integration tool used in Infineon.
- Interpersonal & Project Management Skills: Enhance communication and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration with other IT departments.
- AI Exploration: Explore AI tools and apply them to actual business use cases.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma student in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in programming and basic understanding of databases; experience with AI tools will be an added advantage.
- Work Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Curiosity & Initiative: Eager to learn, keen to explore new things, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Commitment: Able to commit for at least 6 months or more.
