E-commerce & Marketing Intern

1. E-commerce Platform Management

• Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. NTUC Online, Shopee, company website).
• Upload and manage product information, including images, descriptions, pricing, and SKU details.
• Create new product listings and ensure accuracy of product data.
• Ensure product information remains consistent across all online platforms.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate product updates with relevant departments.
• Assist in setting up promotions, bundles, vouchers, and campaign mechanics.

2. Event Management Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating online and offline marketing events, including pet expos, roadshows, and in-store promotions.
• Support event logistics, setup, and on-site coordination when required.
• Prepare marketing materials and event-related content.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

3. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Assist with inventory coordination and administrative documentation.
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign results.
• Maintain proper records and support day-to-day operational activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
