Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Literature Review: Conduct a comprehensive literature review on specific domains of polymers used in electronic packaging.
- DOE Planning & Execution: Plan and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to support research and development objectives.
- Material Characterization: Perform material characterization and product-level evaluation to assess performance and quality.
- Experimental Analysis: Identify and investigate different influential factors within the experimental setup to drive insights and improvements.
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to both local and global teams.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Materials Knowledge: Gain foundational understanding of materials used in semiconductor packaging, with a focus on polymers.
- DOE Planning Skills: Develop practical skills in designing and executing structured experiments (DOE) for research purposes.
- Material Analysis Capabilities: Build hands-on experience in material analysis and characterization techniques.
- Presentation & Communication: Strengthen technical presentation skills through exposure to local and global team communications.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Laboratory Experience: Basic hands-on experience in polymer or chemistry lab environments, particularly with formulations.
- Material Characterization Knowledge: Familiarity with material characterization techniques and methodologies.
- Data & Software Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and basic software tools relevant to research and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
