To support business unit revenue/ billing needs
Support first level manufacturing support in terms of outlier material disposition
System support: manufacturing documentation and statistical rules/ algorithm development
New product introduction operational follow-up
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in any engineering-related fields
Semiconductor/ product testing working experience a plus
Strong leadership and good team player
Strong quantitative, analytical and effective communication skills
Result-oriented and driven
Possess good problem-solving skills; able to plan and forecast
Able to work in cross-cultural environment and effectively liaise with Europe Division counterparts as well as Asia subcontractors
Strong Power BI/BO report skillset a plus
