Production operator – Cleanroom

We are looking for a Production Operator – Cleanroom to support our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

Responsible for production, assembly, cleaning, and testing of mechanical products such as hoses, seals, valves and assemblies. Operate production equipment to carry out production activities. Meet production schedules effectively and at the same time ensure daily targets and the highest quality are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Assemble mechanical components into assemblies in a cleanroom.

·        Cleaning, inspection, and packaging of components.

·        Operate equipment to test leak tightness, cleanliness of products, and ensure products meet specifications.

·        Upkeep safe working area, and abide by safety precautions and cleanroom protocols.

· Fulfil any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

Education, skills and experience:

·        Possess at least a Higher Secondary/Professional certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

·        1 year of experience in a production environment.

·        Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

·        Able to perform overtime when required.

·        Able to work in a cleanroom: wear a jumpsuit.

Job Holder’s Specifications (Nice to Have)

·        Possess a valid driving license.

Working hour

·        Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm

·        Short break 9.00am to 9.15am, 2.00pm to 2.15pm

·        Lunch break 11.30am- 12.30pm
