Job Description

  • Analyse Giving.sg data (campaigns, donations, volunteer opportunities) to generate insights
  • Support development of CRM dashboards (Excel / Power BI where applicable)
  • Assist in planning and execution of events (logistics, coordination, stakeholder support)
  • Support preparation of reports, decks and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Provide operational support for CRM initiatives and cross-team projects
  • Assist Account Managers with data preparation and engagement tracking

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Undergraduate students
    • Preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assignments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Other Information

Looking for candidates who can commit for 6 months, from August to December 2026.
