Business & Operations Intern

We are building a new home cleaning service brand from scratch — and you will be part of the founding team. This is not a filing internship. You will help design how the business actually works.

Most internships give you tasks. This one gives you a business to help build. If you want something real on your CV — and to actually understand how a company gets built from zero — this is it.

What you will actually be doing

• Researching the Singapore home cleaning market — pricing, competitors, customer pain points, and gaps
• Helping draft operational frameworks — cancellation policies, helper conduct rules, client terms of service
• Mapping out the customer and helper journey — what happens at every step from booking to post-service
• Researching and comparing booking engines, payment gateways, and scheduling tools
• Supporting the build of internal SOPs and documentation for the new business
• Contributing ideas in team brainstorms and actually seeing them get tested and implemented
• Assisting with the Infinix Group rebrand — documenting processes, researching positioning, and supporting internal improvements

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Management, Operations, Economics, or any related field
• Structured thinker — you can break a problem down into steps and work through it logically
• Detail-oriented — policies and frameworks need to cover edge cases, not just the easy scenarios
• Curious and proactive — you ask questions, do your own research, and bring ideas without being prompted
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to speed up research and drafting
• No prior work experience required — the right mindset matters more than your resume at this stage
