This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, AI tools, and startup operations. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams on real projects that contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Support the management of Linkwave AI's official social media platforms, including X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, articles, graphics, and short videos.

• Assist in growing online communities and increasing user engagement through campaigns and promotional activities.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.

• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as presentation decks, brochures, product sheets, and promotional content.

• Support company events, product launches, webinars, and partnership activities.

• Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Tech teams on marketing initiatives.

• Learn and utilise AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing productivity.

• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.

• Passionate about digital marketing, branding, social media, and AI technologies.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients and markets.

• Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, Telegram, Reddit, or Discord.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar design/productivity tools.

• Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI) is an advantage but not required.

• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
