Job Description

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks for the Marketing Department, including filing, billing, invoice processing, and stationery requisitions.
• Support drafting, editing, and proofreading all marketing materials.
• Assist the Marketing Department in executing marketing plans and promotions.
• Facilitate the production of the club magazine – Longitude.
• Assist with planning and execution of club events.
• Maintain and update all web content, web listings and email blasts.
• Assist with marcom projects and events when assigned.
• Assist with filming requests.
• Manage club merchandise.
• All duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
