Job Description

Responsible for providing facilities management services to our client's sites, overseeing and ensuring that the performance standard is rendered to client as per conditions of contract.

You will be involved in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture etc. through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.

To conduct weekly cleaners meeting and inspection to achieve cleaning standards

Responsible for the delivery of performance of IFM deliverables and its KPIs standard is achieved.

You will be required to investigate, check and analyse reported incidents to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices etc.

You will be required to prepare and consolidate monthly reports.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferably possesses with Fire Safety Manager Certification.

Experience in Integrated Facilities Management/ M&E is preferred.

Having a Class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage.

Required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
-
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
