Survey Designer

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT
Salary: Up to $4,200/month
Contract: 6 + 6 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30AM - 6.00PM

We are looking for a Survey Designer to create and optimise survey solutions by combining research methodology, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and respondent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business, policy, and data collection requirements

• Design end-to-end surveys, including questionnaire development, data collection methods, branching logic, validation rules, and system deployment

• Analyse internal and external data to optimise survey design and reduce respondent burden

• Improve survey quality and efficiency through AI, automation, and advanced analytics

• Prototype and test innovative data collection methods, including chatbots, conversational forms, and AI-assisted surveys

• Present survey design recommendations and insights to stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvements to survey processes and user experience

Requirements

✔ Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
✔ Candidates with relevant coursework or practical experience are welcome to apply
✔ Experience in survey design, research methodology, data analysis, or related fields
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Familiarity with AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI applications
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
