Staff Nurse - Oncology

Curie Oncology is a specialist cancer care practice committed to delivering personalised and compassionate care to patients throughout their treatment journey. We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Nurse to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with doctors and the clinic team to prepare daily patient consultation lists and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Prepare patients for consultations, including blood collection, venepuncture, and coordinating laboratory investigations.
Trace investigation and laboratory results to facilitate timely patient review and reduce waiting times.
Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
Dispense medications and provide patient education based on doctors' instructions.
Monitor patients during treatment and provide nursing care, support, and counselling when required.
Coordinate appointments, investigations, referrals, and follow-up care.
Monitor inventory levels of medications, medical supplies, and consumables, and assist with stock ordering.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and servicing of medical equipment with external vendors.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control requirements.
Provide financial counselling to patients and caregivers, including explaining treatment cost estimates, payment options, Medisave utilisation, and insurance-related matters.
Participate in after-hours patient support via mobile phone on a roster basis when required.
Provide administrative and operational support to the clinic when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Doctor or Nurse Manager.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS and AED.
Minimum 3-4 year of nursing experience; oncology experience is an advantage.
Comfortable with venepuncture and patient education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
