Service Advisor (Automotive)

Job Description:

• Attend to customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair needs.

• Explain service recommendations, repair progress, costs, and timelines clearly.

• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and warranty claims.

• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and vehicle inspection requirements.

• Conduct vehicle handover and explain the repairs completed.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, preferably within the automotive & customer Service industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to customer inquiries

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite

• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service to uphold Company Brand Image.

• Possession of a Class 3 Driving License

• Willing to work 5.5 workday
