Sales Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, sales orders, and related documents.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Contact potential customers, introduce company services, and send company profiles or catalogues.
Coordinate delivery schedules, equipment deployment, and site arrangements with the Operations team, site supervisors, and customers.
Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, equipment movement, and operator schedules.
Monitor project documentation and ensure all sales-related records are accurate and up to date.
Follow up on customer payments and assist with accounts receivable.
Liaise with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.
