Our Client is an established building construction and property development company holding the prestigious Grade A1 in General Building is looking for qualified candidates to join as Architectural Coordinator (Structural).
Responsibilities:
To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works
Lead in site coordination with all trades
To liaise with RTO for inspection
Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings
Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc
Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)
Attend subcon meetings
Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in Architectural Coordinator

Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
Working Days/Hours: 5.5 Days/Office Hours
