About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Staff Lithography Process Engineer to drive the development and optimization of advanced photolithography processes within semiconductor advanced packaging. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while leading process improvement, yield enhancement, and new product introduction (NPI) initiatives in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain photolithography processes for advanced semiconductor packaging.

• Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot lithography equipment, including steppers and coat/develop systems.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Drive cost reduction projects, process transfers, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

• Evaluate and qualify new lithography materials and equipment to improve process performance.

• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE), perform root cause analysis, and utilize statistical tools to solve process issues.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, OCAPs, FMEA, and SPC requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and equipment vendors on process development and qualification.

• Support daily manufacturing operations by resolving process-related issues and improving production stability.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines).

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in photolithography processes within the semiconductor industry.

• Experience in advanced packaging technologies such as Wafer-Level Packaging (WLP), Fan-Out Packaging, eWLB, or related technologies is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of photolithography equipment, exposure systems, and coat/develop processes.

• Proven experience in yield improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, and process transfer projects.

• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, DOE, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
